Privacy policy for TableHop – Table to Excel & CSV
TableHop – Table to Excel & CSV by Kage Lab
TableHop privacy policy (full version: https://kagelab.app/tablehop/privacy)
The short version: TableHop does its work on your computer. It does not collect, store on a server, sell or share the tables you export, the pages you visit or your browsing history. If you buy TableHop Pro, our payment provider (ExtensionPay, using Stripe) handles your email address and payment, only to process and verify the purchase.
Who we are: Kage Lab, a business name of Cory Christian (ABN 80 695 802 826), Sydney NSW, Australia. Contact: support@kagelab.app.
What the extension does with web pages: TableHop reads a web page only when you click its toolbar icon or keyboard shortcut on that page, finds the tables and, when you ask, copies them to your clipboard or saves a file to your computer. Pro captures ("All pages", scrolling) click the page's own Next button or scroll the page, in your browser, at your request. Table contents, page addresses and page content are never sent to us or anyone else. No analytics, tracking, advertising or remotely hosted code.
Stored on your computer: your settings; Pro status, free tries left and an export count; rows you add to a collection (session storage, cleared when the browser closes). Removing the extension deletes this information.
Purchases: you enter your email and payment details on ExtensionPay/Stripe pages, not in TableHop. We receive your email, plan and payment status to unlock Pro, send receipts and answer support. We never see your full card number. To check Pro, the extension contacts ExtensionPay with an anonymous identifier for your installation – the only network connection TableHop makes.
Sharing: we do not sell, rent or trade personal information; we share it only with the payment providers to process purchases, or where required by law. Data may be processed outside Australia (e.g. ExtensionPay and Stripe in the United States).
Your rights: ask what we hold, correct it or delete it – email support@kagelab.app (reply within 30 days). We follow the Australian Privacy Principles and, where they apply, the EU/UK GDPR. You can also contact the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
Children: not directed at children under 13.
Changes: we will update this policy and note material changes in release notes.
