this version has an improved api handling, fixing many quirks by using older "chrome" callback and wrapping it with my own promise.
I also take great care here to avoid rendering tabs by mistake, after a click each window has new empty tab in first position, and it is set to active, this prevents the rendering of tabs as they are moved to the target window, also, all windows are unfocused and minimized until most of the major action is done, since some OS will auto trim the RAM when doing this. finally, the moved tabs are "asked to be discarded", as the target window also has its active tab set to a first empty tab (and that's how it is kept), hopefully, none of the tabs would be rendered at all, clicking any of them would make them active, this needs more testing, as this also sometimes reload the tab. but the overall experience gives the same UI experience of "starting fresh", it gets the browser amazingly fast, without closing it and re-opening it.
this is the first release that all of my intended functionality actually implemented in full.

doing a lot of the background work in parallel, and explicitly ordering the tabs in the new window, making the button be disabled until the job is done by each click. reducing re-allocation and code cleanup.
