Talynce Sourcing Assistant by Talynce

For recruiters who track candidates in Talynce and source on a candidate search site. On that one site, and nowhere else, it:

• Fills the search from a Talynce job: keywords, experience, locations, salary and notice period, ready for you to review and press Search yourself.
• Scores every results page against the job you select, and marks the best matches. Scores are worked out in your browser.
• Imports a candidate into Talynce with the CV you download from their profile, and adds them to the job.

You need a Talynce account. The add-on has no login of its own; it uses your Talynce session in this browser. You also need your own account on the candidate search site.

It leaves the site's actions to you. It never presses Search or Download for you, never opens profiles in bulk, and never calls the site's servers.

What leaves your browser, and only to Talynce: what you type to find a job in its list, the job you select and your time zone. When you press Import, it also sends the CV you downloaded and what that candidate's result card shows (the site's id for them, role, company, locations, experience and pay).
