Correctness fixes found by testing against live job boards.

• The period is now read from the figure it belongs to rather than from the whole advert. "£13.76 per hour + paid annual leave" was being read as £13.76 a YEAR, because the word "annual" appeared later in the text.
• Figures that cannot be a salary are refused. A job description saying "We invest £2.5 million a year in training" was being annotated as though £2.5 million were the pay.
• "/h" and "p/h" rates are recognised; they used to be skipped silently.
• The badge no longer overflows a narrow job card.
• The breakdown panel now offers one contextual link to taxwedge.com. The extension still makes no network requests of any kind.
