Teacher Assistant 3.1.0 — Major Update

This release expands Noor Lesson Preparation Assistant into a unified educational assistant for teachers.

What's New:
- Support for lesson preparation and assessment entry in Noor LMS.
- Support for continuous assessment and final examination mark entry in the Oman Ministry of Education's Educational Portal.
- Bulk entry of marks copied from Excel, with validation and preview.
- Full-sheet updates with explicit teacher confirmation.
- Automatic rounding of marks to whole numbers where required by the Educational Portal.
- Improved usability with touchscreens, external keyboards, and mice.
- Responsive interface for Firefox desktop and supported Android tablets.
