   Thimi transforms the new tab into a peaceful, atmospheric sanctuary by pairing curated mood music with live weather updates, customizable HD wallpapers, clock designs, and a dual Nepali Bikram Sambat / English calendar.

3. Location Data: Thimi does not request or require browser geolocation permissions. Approximate location for local weather detection is retrieved via public IP geolocation strictly to query non-sensitive local weather metrics (temperature and weather status).
4. Search Experience: The integrated search bar on the new tab page respects the user's selected search engine preferences by utilizing the native search API.
5. Local Storage: Thimi uses local storage to store your local settings (active theme, wallpaper index, custom fonts, accent color preferences) locally on your device.
