【KEY FEATURES】

✦ Bulk Download TikTok Comments from Videos & Photo Posts
Batch-collect comments from multiple videos / photo posts on TikTok, saving the time of manually paging through them and boosting collection efficiency.

✦ Download TikTok Comments + Every Nested Reply
Tick "Include Comment Replies" and the extension not only downloads all top-level comments, but also expands every nested reply thread under each comment. The ReplyID / ReplyToReplyID fields preserve the full reply hierarchy, so you always know who replied to whom.

✦ Rich Comment Fields
Export complete comment data: VideoID, VideoURL, CommentID, Content, Language, DateTime, Author ID, Author username, Author nickname, Author avatar, Author profile URL, Like count, Collect count, Reply count, ReplyID, ReplyToReplyID, whether Pinned by the creator, whether Liked by the creator, whether high purchase intent by the author, and comment image URLs.

✦ Export TikTok Shop Product Reviews in Bulk 🆕
Bulk collection of reviews from shop product detail pages on TikTok (shop.tiktok.com/.../pdp/...). It paginates automatically with random intervals to fetch every product review, shows live fetched counts and completion status, and supports batch run / pause / delete with breakpoint resume.

✦ Rich Product Review Fields
Export complete review data: Review ID, Content, Country/Region, DateTime, star Rating, Reviewer ID, Reviewer name, Reviewer avatar, review image URLs, SKU ID, SKU specification, Product ID, Product name, Verified-purchase flag, and Incentivized-review flag — everything you need for negative-review attribution, VOC summaries, and product research.

✦ TikTok Profile Scraper — Export All Posts of Any Account 🆕
Open any creator's profile on TikTok (tiktok.com/@username) and an exporter card appears at the top of the post list. Hit Run to scrape and save every public video / photo post the account has published, paginating automatically with your own logged-in session. Set a Max Limit, watch the live fetched count, and pause, resume, or clear anytime. Progress and posts are saved locally in real time, so if the page is closed accidentally, just run again to continue with duplicates removed.

✦ Rich Post Fields
Download complete post data: Post ID, Post URL, Title, Cover, DateTime, Author ID, Author username, Language, Play count, Digg (like) count, Comment count, Collect count, Share count, whether Digged, whether Pinned, Music URL, Music title, Music author, and photo-post image URLs — everything you need to analyze what makes a video go viral.

✦ Export TikTok Followers & Following Lists 🆕
Switch the profile exporter card to Followings or Followers to auto-paginate and download the account's public following / follower list with your own logged-in session, with a live fetched count. Lists the author has set to private cannot be fetched (the extension marks them honestly).

✦ Rich Follower / Following Fields
Save complete audience data: User ID, Username, Nickname, Profile URL, Avatar, Video count, Follower count, Following count, Digg count, Friend count, Heart count, Signature, whether Verified, whether Private account, and whether a shop seller — ready-made for audience analysis and lead research.

✦ Download History Tab 🆕
A new "User Homepage History" tab in the dashboard automatically records every profile you've scraped, with per-type counts (posts / followings / followers) per user. Export any user's data per type as XLSX / CSV or JSON, or delete a record (which also clears its locally stored data). A built-in Help & FAQ section sits at the bottom of the tab.

✦ Resume From Break-Point
Download progress and fetched comments / product reviews / posts / follower lists are saved locally in real time. Pause, resume, or restart freely; even if you close the page or a task is interrupted, nothing already downloaded is lost — just run again and it continues automatically with duplicates removed.

✦ Full Queue Control
For comment download jobs: run, pause, resume, restart, run all, or bulk delete. See live downloaded counts, total comment counts, and clear error reasons per video (not signed in, page not fully loaded, invalid link).

✦ Export TikTok Data to Excel / CSV / JSON
Video comments, product reviews, posts, follower and following lists can all be downloaded as XLSX / CSV or JSON. Select multiple videos or products to merge their reviews into one file — ready for pivot tables, sentiment analysis, translation, or AI-powered comment summaries.

✦ Local-First Data
Comments, product reviews, posts, and follower / following data are stored in your browser's local storage. Nothing is uploaded to any server, and you can clear your data anytime.

【NOTES】
⚠ Warning: scraping comments at high frequency can easily get you restricted by the platform. Please use the extension responsibly and comply with the platform's terms. The extension paces scrolling automatically. Whether a limit is triggered depends on the platform's holistic judgment of factors such as account standing, logged-in session duration, browser and device environment, and operation frequency — there is no universal safe number. When in doubt, start with small batches and ramp up gradually day by day once things run smoothly.

The platform updates its pages from time to time, which in rare cases may temporarily affect scraping. If comments, posts, or follower lists fail to load or exports look off, try: ① updating the extension to the latest version; ② refreshing the page on TikTok and signing in again. If the issue persists, email us via the in-extension button with the video / profile link and a screenshot — we follow up and ship fixes quickly.

We iterate continuously and adapt quickly to the platform's page changes. For issues or feature requests, reach us via the in-extension email button — including a video / profile link or screenshot helps us fix things faster.
