Payment Information If you choose to make a purchase we need to collect your payment information. Billing Information To be able to issue receipts and invoices to the correct address, we allow you to enter your own or your company’s billing address. User Generated Information When you use Timebit you will create data, in the form of sites, time, reports and similar things. These are stored in Timebit, and may be able to identify you personally. To do this, email: admin@timebit.io Payment Information & Billing Address Payment information gathered will be encrypted and stored with Stripe, a third party service. Note: To remove payment information connected to your current active subscription, you need to cancel it first. If the above listed option is not available, you can email: admin@timebit.io Delete Data Collected To delete all your data stored with Timebit, you can email: admin@timebit.io from the email connected to your account, and we will oblige duly. Third Party Services: Timebit relies on third party services to run the service. Below is a list of third-party services used by Timebit, and how they relate to your personal information. Payment We only use secure industry standards trusted payment gateway providers. Timebit does not store credit card information, we let the payment gateway providers (specifically Stripe Payments) deal with the security under PCI-DSS regulations. Due to these security requirements within payments, Timebit’s security provider may store information such as IP-address, name, address, emails, credit card details and other data required to make the transaction secure and safe. These are governed under their respective policies. Hosting Timebit uses Google Domains, Vercel, and Firebase via Google Cloud Platform which means any or all of your data may be stored on their hardware. We use industry standards to ensure the correct level of access for anyone to access this data. Consent: We want to inform you that our Service does not use cookies. For all other personal data listed above, it is simply a result of you taking voluntary action and a result of us following our contractural obligation requested by you.
