After installing, this doesn't affect any already open tabs, until you switch to a tab and then switch away.
If you had many tabs open before installing (I had 3000), then occasionally some tabs get the arrow and the URL twice. To fix it, refresh the page.
If you use Ctrl+TAB to switch between tabs, hold Ctrl, press TAB while holding Ctrl, then mouse over the tab thumbnail. After 1-1.5 second it will show the title with its URL, too.
