For Problem 2: All you have to do is right click and select TitleCase -> Allow ALT Shortcut. this will enable it forever, until you shut it off.

For Problem 1. I will need to test and come up with a fix. if you want, submit a ticket so this can be tracked.

EDIT: I believe problem 1 is now fixed in version 3.1.1. please test and let me know, thanks.
