- Rated 4 out of 5by Desai, 2 months agoI am the owner of a 21:9 monitor and was very happy to see this extension. It's really very useful, I'm afraid to imagine how useful it is for users of extra wide monitors. But the problem is that the default value for the width of the site is quite small.
“But you can increase that width, right?”
Yes, but at least it doesn't work for me, I've turned the module on and off, changed the default value via extension settings and nothing. As it was 960, so it remains. I'll leave the extension, it still helps a lot on some sites, but I'm really looking forward to a fix so I and other users can enjoy it fully - Rated 3 out of 5by SlickRCBD, 2 years agoThis was redundant and doesn't do what I hoped. I hoped it would widen those pages that unnecessarily narrow the text like the pre-WebEX "Dr. Body Narrow" did.
Instead of this, just use "Restore" aka "Windowed mode" instead of maximizing the size of the browser window and adjust the size of the window to the size you want. - Rated 1 out of 5by KlowIsHere, 2 years agoThe default value, slightly too small for my needs, cannot be changed. It stays at 960px no matter what. Use the add-on Widescreen Browsing instead.

- Rated 5 out of 5by ff user, 6 years agoNecessary extension for some sites that still use the old school design logic that our max screen width is 1024px. As another reviewer said it would be nice if it remembered which sites it was applied to and also I'd like to have an option for a couple or three defined widths instead of one.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 12932220, 6 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13846360, 7 years agoThank you so much for this! Simple, straightforward, works perfectly and saves me much angst. If any development feedback is welcome, adding the capability to remember (or add a list of) sites the addon has been applied to would be wonderful! Again, much thanks.
