Tooliz — Privacy Policy (Firefox add-on)

1. No data collection
   Tooliz does not collect, sell or share any personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising.
2. Local processing and storage
   All tools run locally in your browser. Your files, screenshots, PDFs, notes, snippets, tab sessions and settings are stored only on your device (browser storage) and are never sent to us or to third parties. The password vault is encrypted with AES-GCM using a key derived from your master passphrase (PBKDF2, 150,000 iterations); the passphrase is never stored.
3. Network requests
   Tooliz only contacts two services, and only to provide the feature you use:
4. open.er-api.com: downloads public currency exchange rates for the currency converter. No personal data is sent.
5. api.gumroad.com: verifies the Premium license key, only when you enter one. Only the license key is sent. Purchases are made on Gumroad's website, outside the add-on, under Gumroad's own privacy policy.
6. Page access and permissions
   The page extractor and screenshot tools read the current tab only when you use them; nothing is transmitted. Access to all websites and notifications are optional permissions, requested only when you enable the related feature.
7. Feedback
   The idea box opens your own email application with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent unless you send that email yourself.
8. Changes
   Any change to this policy will be published with a new version of the add-on.
