About this extension
This only affects the default layout of blogs.

All sources use the same volume bar for control. Volume is set automatically to 50% on page load.

Added support for saving current volume. Also adds a rolling volume update every 6 seconds. If the window is minimized, the volume update occurs every 1.6 minutes.
