Its asking me to signup repeatedly even though I have an existing free account. Even after signip with an existing account it asking me to create a new account and not allowing me to use it. This happens only in the private mode, so I am guessing they aren't able to get the browsing data to sell that's the reason why they are discouraging its use on private windows. Worthless!! Keep away and don't use it.

The support instead of acknowledging the issue asks to contact their support, they are aware of this issue. I will report this addon for abuse and privacy concern.

Rawr! So sorry you ran into issues with your Bear. We do ask you to reach out to us at tunnelbear.com/support so that we can troubleshoot and investigate the issue. You CAN use the extension in incognito mode!
To clarify, when using a VPN it would not matter if you used incognito mode or not, all DNS requests would still need to go through our encrypted servers. That said, as per our strict Privacy and No-logging policy, TunnelBear would NEVER log these request. Please reach out to us for further information on this, and for troubleshooting so we can fix any issues!

    Good, fast, and easy to set up. I've never had problems with it; it’s very reliable, even with the free bandwidth.

    The marketing bear is pretty charming, coming from a McAfee company.

    Лучший ВПН, который я знаю. Есть и на телефонах и на ПК (как отдельная прога). Больше всего мне нравится политика этого ВПН для жителей Беларуси (и может быть ещё каких-то стран): В месяц дают 10Гб бесплатно, что очень много

    So nice to move split bear into premium. Hardly used any bandwidth as I only needed vpn for a couple of apps. Now I use up the bandwidth within a day on sites/apps I didn't need protected. Uninstall time I guess. Bummer as you always gave good fast service.

    It only opened and connected the first time; after that, no matter what I did, it wouldn't open, and it was the same on other devices

    2025 and extension won't connect on FF. I haven't even used it and have 2000mb left in extension but can't turn it on. Why would I ever pay for something I can't even try out in the first place when it's free?

    TunnelBear extension should be automatic connect, it should connect to the previous server or county that were used before exiting the browser.. connecting manually every time is the downside of the extension. please fix that, than you

    It's "ON" but doesn't connect to anywhere. Basically doesn't work. Dissapointed, considering the good quality their general VPN service is.
