About this extension
With this you can autoblock by inserting your chosen flag those pesky people who the algorithm keeps pushing in your for you page time and time again even after manually blocking hundreds (whoever those people are for you , its your choice)
HOW IT WORKS
- Click the toolbar icon, paste the flag(s) you want to block, and tick "Enable autoblock".
- While you browse x.com or twitter.com, the extension checks the display name of each account in your timeline. If it contains your flag, the post is hidden and the account is blocked.
- You can enter more than one flag, separated by spaces or commas.
- Blocks are sent one at a time with a short pause between them, to keep the request volume low.
- A counter in the popup shows how many accounts have been blocked.
- You can switch it off at any time. It is off by default and does nothing until you set a flag.
GOOD TO KNOW
- It checks display names only. Bios are not shown in timeline posts, so they are not checked.
- Blocks are real blocks on your X account. A flag in a name is only a rough signal, so an account may occasionally be blocked that you did not intend. You can review and undo blocks under Settings > Privacy and safety > Mute and block > Blocked accounts.
- The extension never blocks your own account.
- It works on Firefox for desktop and Firefox for Android.
PRIVACY
- Collects no data. Your flag setting and the block counter are stored locally in your browser only.
- Sends nothing to any server except the block request to X itself, using your own logged-in session.
- The extension only runs on x.com and twitter.com.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. It works by calling X's unofficial web endpoints, the same ones the X website uses, which X may change at any time and which may be restricted by X's terms. This could cause the extension to stop working, and automated blocking could lead to rate limits on your account. Use it at your own discretion.
