UltraWide YouTube by linuxforces

UltraWide YouTube makes 16:9 YouTube videos fill your ultrawide display.

In the default "Remove side bars" mode, the video is stretched horizontally to fill the available area only when black side bars actually exist. If the video already fits the screen, nothing is changed. No part of the frame is cropped.

Two alternative modes are available: "Crop & fill" keeps the aspect ratio and crops the top/bottom, and "Stretch" always stretches the image.

It works in fullscreen automatically and optionally in theater mode. Settings are applied instantly, and there is a keyboard shortcut (Alt+Shift+U) to toggle it.

The extension makes no network requests and collects no data.
