posted 5 years agoIt doesn't seem as though Tumblr gives you recommendations in quite the same way in the beta. The only recommendations I could see were from their "featured" blog, which you can easily block to remove from your dashboard. If that is all, this plugin may not serve a purpose going into the redesign.
Please let me know if there's something I'm missing, I haven't used Tumblr in a while.- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14982826, 5 years ago

They are extremely obnoxious and Tumblr refuses to even attempt to tailor them to my interests; no matter how many of them I remove, it still keeps recommending the same garbage to me again and again. Good riddance!

posted 7 years agoI've updated the extension's page to add more detail on what exactly it does. Does this help clarify what its functionality is, or does it still appear to not do anything?
Essentially, Tumblr adds posts to your dashboard from blogs you do not follow, saying things along the lines of "Here's a blog:". This extension removes those recommended posts, leaving only posts from blogs you follow. Do you still get posts from blogs you do not follow with it installed?
