- Rated 3 out of 5by melvinru, 15 hours agoHello, this extension has an issue. It's broken websites and caused infinite loading problems. Even when the VPN is not connected, not logged into a user account, and without a premium subscription, some websites (including Google, Supabase, Pinecone) keep throwing errors, such as "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see browser console for more information)
NextJS Error: Permission denied to access property' getAttribute'." - Rated 1 out of 5by BlackBox, 18 hours agomy auto connect never was on and it's not RN , i reinstalled the extension .
it still dose same thing with google pics . sometime it get fixed by tweaking one option in settings like allow notification .
also app gets disconnected (in background) by changing them to dark or other one and keeps firefox in a stage with no internet connection until you disable and enable it again (it show that it's still connected in ui but it's not ) . my guess is that any tweaks in setting lead to disconnect and reconnect . idk , if it's because of new ui then who need a dark them with small mini tab extension . roll it back and let us test old one . - Rated 5 out of 5by SaggSteve, a day ago

It is free, limited usage. But other than that, it does it's job well. 👍 It has opened a webpage that it is closed for some countries for the time being, and I wanted to test it if it could open that webpage. And it did! 👍😃

But have this in mind people, the Windows desktop software, is not Free at all. I have downloaded it thinking it was free, but It couldn't work to even test it. From the same moment I have downloaded it to my PC I was only getting a pop-up message to pay for a subscription in order to be able to use it. What frustrated me was the fact that in their website they say that the PC windows app has a free trial to try it. I didn't see any trial. The program didn't work from the first moment I downloaded it on my pc.
--------------------
To the Developers: In your website you should clarify this guys. That the PC app is Not free, not even for trial to try it. So people will not download your software in their PCs and as soon as they will start it, to be surprised that it is not free to try it.Developer response

- Rated 1 out of 5by tron34, 6 days agoWill be switching back to Proton due to the add-on breaking Google search and the Cox Communications' Voice Tools website.
Spent so much time trying to figure out why these things were happening and only found out today that having this add-on enabled(by pure guesswork)was the culprit, which is strange because I don't remember it causing problems when I first installed it.Developer response

- Rated 1 out of 5by AB, 6 days agoThis extension broke so many websites and caused infinite loading issues. I didn't know it was this extension until clicked Inspect > Console, and found an error that started with "moz-extension". Scrolled a bit and saw "VeePN ad guard" or something
