    Version 0.1.1

    Released Sep 28, 2026 - 8.39 MB
Works with firefox 128.0 and later, android 128.0 and later
    0.1.1
    • Fixed: right-click "Verify with Verity" did nothing on sites with a strict Content Security Policy (X, Reddit, most news sites). The content script is now injected as a single self-contained file, immune to page CSP.
    • Fixed: videos and audio that use <source> elements can now be checked.
    • New: fact-check and news-coverage signals now read page metadata (Open Graph/Twitter cards, page title), so they work on pages without captions.
    • New: "Platform re-upload" signal explains why provenance is missing on social media CDNs.
    • Improved: page-scan results collapse identical outcomes into one row with a count.
    • Package size reduced from 37MB to 8MB.
    • Firefox: checks open the verdict page in a tab (no offscreen documents in Firefox).
