Minimal extension to that allows you to control video playback speed by ctrl + scrolling on top of a video.

Permissions
Requires "Access your data for all websites" for funtionality. The extension works by adding a tiny script that checks when you are ctrl + scrolling on top of a video element, in which case it controls the speed of the video instead of zooming the page.
