Vimium C - CopyLinkText Enhanced by VIWLUIRR

This build contains exactly one enhancement; everything else is identical to the upstream master branch:

New $format option for LinkHints.activateCopyLinkText

Upstream's LinkHints.activateCopyLinkText can only copy the link text. This build adds a $format template option to it (semantics aligned with the $format of the copyWindowInfo command), so you can copy a link's text and URL in one shot:

Generic ${placeholder} syntax with || fallback chains, e.g. ${title||text};
Supported placeholders: ${text} / ${title} (link text), ${url} (URL, readable-decoded by default), ${rawurl} (the raw URL), ${host} (URL host); unknown placeholders resolve to an empty string;
Set decoded: false to disable URL decoding; the existing $join and $trim options keep working as before;
Without $format configured, behavior is exactly the same as upstream — no breaking changes.
