Extension, improving features and design of the new VK interface

Current supported features:

- Hiding header on Shift+Click (click on any area)
- Hiding comments panel in photo viewer (added special button in the bottom-right corner on the photo)
- Square user avatars
- Old-style highlighting of unread outcoming dialogs
- Hiding of the right column and feed width extension in walls of groups, profiles and public pages
- Selecting ranges of messages holding Shift
- "Forward" button becomes disabled when more than 100 messages are selected
- Forced audio playback using Flash Player
- Hiding stats counters in user profiles
- Large audio blocks in main area in user profiles
- The ability to download the current audio track
- Open photo original file on Enter in photo viewer
- Prevent saving downloaded photos in downloads history
