- Rated 5 out of 5by Ante, 21 days agoExactly what I want, and more.
- I can add new note for each website (even different pages on the same website can have different notes (or, if I wish, the whole website can share one note))
- I can choose whether I want each note to be fixed or move as I scroll (pinned/unpinned)
-etc... - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18487073, 3 months agoReally like the features and slickness, but cant really trust this if it isnt open source, I dont understand, all your other extensions are open source, why not this one?
Id appreciate a dark mode for notes, when I try to user script hack them in it feels like I only get thrown stones in my way - Rated 5 out of 5by Tehkos, 7 months agoThank you for your extension, it's the best one I could find for Firefox.
I see you fixed the most annoying bug with Markdown, it's almost perfect now for my purposes.
The one problem I have is when url has additional symbol "site/page" and "site/page/".
It's nice I can edit the sticky note on the page for both urls, but I can't edit it when I click the icon of the extension when the url is not exact.
It would be nice if you have a github page for reports. Maybe someone would help to fix the issues.
And for a feature request, it would be nice to have an option for default sizes. It's too wide for me. - Rated 3 out of 5by hodpozicije, 7 months agoFinally found a sticky version that has all the properties I was looking for (can be locked so it doesn't move on page and has solid color).
Would be nice to add black color for sticky background!
Thanks for this nice addon <3

Seemed great at first but it turns out that the text moves up and down when I move focus from the note. The text also mixes in the same line so when I return to my notes they are completely disordered. I have to degrade from 5 and give it 3 stars :( - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18097713, a year agoWont sync more than 16 stickes, cant even click the button to pay to sync more. Avoid unless you only have a few to sync
- Rated 3 out of 5by eco.voyageurs, a year agoGreat add-on, would give 5 stars, but I disabled it because it needs to "Access your data for all websites" and since this permission allows the extension to "read the contents of any web page you visit, as well as the data you enter into these web pages, such as usernames and passwords", it's not worth it to me.
I really don't understand why so many extensions need such a high level of permissions in Firefox, it's as if your gardener would need access to your bank account to do his gardening. Nope. - Rated 5 out of 5by Benyamin Limanto, a year ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefly, a year agoDoes sync e2e encrypt the notes?
I've thousands of notes that need syncing with another device... - Rated 5 out of 5by Zefrem23, a year ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Dook, 2 years agoGreat. Could you add an individual "Exact/Domain/Subdir" setting for each note like in https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/team-sticky-notes ?
Update: Thanks. I didn't know about this menu.
Now it's the best note sticker ever.Developer response
posted 2 years agoThanks for the review! That setting exists in the "edit" menu for a note. There's an input box under the text content for "url regex". If you click on it there should be a dropdown for "Exact/Domain/Subdir". - Rated 5 out of 5by Deaca, 2 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Modenium, 2 years agoGreat extension, I was looking for something to do just that!
though I wish we could choose the color, having some defined sets is useful but instead of limiting it to them it would be more appealing to be able to pick any color freely
it would also be useful to be able to copy a note from the list to the current page, not just the note content but the style and position as well
this isn't just for saving time but it would be helpful if you want to have a feeling of consistency per site.
Edit:
Great news!
even if it'll take some time I'll be looking forward to it :)
Thank you for your work ♥
Edit2:
You made my day! thank you ♥♥Developer response
posted 2 years agoThanks for the review! Great ideas. I agree a feature like "duplicate on current page" would be quite useful. And same for freely picking a color, but I'll have to think about how to best implement it.
Thanks again

There's a button now to copy a note from the list to the current page.
Still thinking on custom colors :) - Rated 5 out of 5by EllieM, 2 years agoEdit: I don't know how to reply to comments. This update is awesome, thank you so much. I'm amazed that you implemented a suggestion and for me it's made the extension so useful from what I can see in limited testing. I'm going to transfer all my notes from this other extension I have been using so I can give it a proper test!
This is the best looking sticky note extension but really needs an simpler method of changing the URL matching method (exact match, match page or match domain). More importantly it needs a global setting for this so it can be configured to apply as default to all newly created notes, then changed on a per note basis from there, rather than only using exact match and requiring the regex to be changed for each new note, because that's very tedious.
This is literally the only reason why I can't use this extension. I mainly use sticky notes on one website where I search for items, and when I click on an item it adds every search filter parameter to the URL plus what looks like a random number, so every single URL is unique. Even if I navigate back and click the link again the URL changes because of that number. Therefore if I create a note I can only see it on that exact page. Sure I can edit the regex but doing this 50+ times per day would be tedious. Being able to set a default option for 'match page only' so it shows the notes on any page with a matching domain and path while ignoring all the parameters, that would really help!Developer response
posted 2 years agoGreat suggestion! Thank you very much for the detailed feedback.
I'll implement a global setting for the default regex with those three options.
(exact match, match page, and match domain)
Will aim to release this feature by the end of the week.

As of version 0.5.10, there's a setting for the default URL regex, which includes the options you mentioned, as well as an "everywhere" option.
Thanks again for the review - Rated 5 out of 5by juankestein, 2 years agoI will update this review if I have any issues but for now this extension seems useful and functional.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Ahmed, 2 years agoBest stickies app for Firefox! Would be even more awesome with ability to paste images and do HTML formatting.
Also would still be interested in:
--ability to snooze a sticky and its page for later time (date and/or time) similar to Snoozz add-on so that at that time it will open that sticky and page and I know exactly what I need to do
--syncing to cloud (gdrive/onedrive), to save server spaceDeveloper response
posted 2 years agoThank you for the feedback. Much appreciated.
I've implemented some of your tweaks. Here are the latest features as of version 0.3.5
--the pop-up shows all stickies, with the current URL as the search query, which filters down to the ones on the current page
--clicking on a sticky's link will open the first tab where it's shown (if there is one)
--there 3 keyboard shortcuts
--shift+alt+N -- new sticky
--shift+alt+O -- opens the pop-up
--shift+alt+L -- opens the options page
I like your other suggestions too, they are on the roadmap. Sync'ing is a high priority. I'll edit this comment with updates :)
--- edit 3/30/23 ---
--Syncing is available if you register an account ($10 for unlimited)
--You can edit stickies from the page, without going into the main list settings - Rated 4 out of 5by Federico Calzoni, 3 years agoI like it, but I would like to have the 3 buttons with some icon (trash, minimmize, maximize). And stick the note to the page. Scrolling the note should move

posted 3 years agoThanks for the feedback :)
Agreed, these features will likely be what I implement next.
-- edit (July 21, 2022) --
As of version 0.3.0, the 3 buttons have an icon and there's an option to "pin" a note to the page. - Rated 5 out of 5by nameanyone, 3 years agoI like the idea. Please do go on developing this. Someone on Reddit suggested saving notes to ObsidianMD. That would be out if this world.

posted 3 years agoThank you for the review. Currently using this extension myself so I'll definitely continue developing. Will check out ObsidianMD as well.
