Latest version
Version 0.1.2
Released Oct 24, 2026 - 372.71 KBWorks with firefox 140.0 and laterNew- The extension is now available for Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Opera.
Improved- The menu now works in a narrow window. Press Menu at the top to open it. Every screen can be reached again.
- "Move X to its own window" now makes the X window wide enough for scheduling, Opera included. It also works during a run, with a full-screen window and on a second display.
- Clearer messages when X asks you to verify the account, when a media file takes too long to reach the X tab, when a video cannot be read (for example HEVC from an iPhone) and when there is not enough storage space.
- The Queue screen shows the file rows of a post as "rows 3, 7", the same as Import.
Fixed- In Auto, Pause and Stop now also stop a post that is about to be scheduled. Nothing is sent to X.
- Pause and Stop now work at once while a post is being filled in, for example during a long video upload. The post goes back to the queue, nothing is sent to X.
- If the X window becomes too narrow during a run, for example when the X page is zoomed in, the run now waits and goes on by itself once the window is wide enough. Before, the run stopped.
- A GIF that cannot be opened is now rejected at import.
- An AV1 video is now rejected at import: X does not finish processing it. Export the video again with the H.264 codec.
- An AVIF image is now reported as AVIF, not as HEIC. A file just over a size limit no longer shows a size equal to the limit.
- An alt text that is too long is now reported in its alt column.
- At import, a post over the daily limit now points to the limit in Settings. Before, the message spoke only about the X limit of 50 posts.
- Your X account is now recognized when your display name contains an @.
- The run summary now counts the last post when a run stops.
- The run summary keeps the reason the run ended after you disconnect and connect the X tab again.
- Posts with an unclear result now count for duplicates and the daily limit at the next import.
- In a narrow window, the keyboard now stays inside the open menu.
- A file dropped on the extension page no longer replaces the page and stops the run.
- If the X window is too narrow, you now see a clear message asking you to make it wider. Before, the post could not be scheduled.
- Your X account is now recognized in a narrow X window.
- If the browser put the X tab to sleep, the extension now asks you to click that tab, also when this happens during a run. Reloading the page is not needed.
- If the browser pauses a hidden X tab during a run (Microsoft Edge does this after a few minutes), the run now waits until you show the X tab again. Before, the run stopped.
- If the X tab is hidden while a post is being filled in, the post editor is now closed once you show the tab again, and the run goes on. Before, the run could stop with "A post editor you opened is still open in X".
