    New: videos. Every video on X now gets the GIF and MP4 buttons too.
    - MP4 saves the video in the best quality X has.
    - GIF turns videos up to 60 seconds into animated GIFs. Long or high-resolution clips are
    scaled down to keep the file size reasonable.
    - Large GIFs convert about a third faster.

    This version asks for one new permission: access to X's embed service
    (cdn.syndication.twimg.com), which is how it finds a video's file. Only the post ID is
    sent, and only to X.
