- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15684452, 5 years agoI use this add-on mainly for the "landscape on fullscreen" feature. Would it be possible for you to add an auto-rotate to portrait feature when going back from fullscreen? That would make this add-on pefect!
Edit: I forgot to mention that I use my phone mirrored to my PC using Vysor, so it doesn't automatically go to portrait when out of fullscreen unless I physically turn my phone.
Edit 2: I figured it out. Disabling auto-rotate while using Vysor forces the phone back to portait when out of fullscreen. Awesome!Developer response

When you exit fullscreen, screen rotation automatically set to default and it should auto-rotate to portait if you hold it vertically.
I also tested it with turned off auto-rotate screen in my phone settings. The app switches to landscape on fullscreen and on exit it returns to portrait. Developer response

If you are talking about playback speed, only my custom player controls doesn't support this (m.youtube.com now has this option aswell as desktop).
I'll try to add this feature to custom player controls next month.- Rated 4 out of 5by Litpen, 5 years agoHi thanks for this app.
Issue found: In using the full screen checkbox
When I switch tabs, then return to the tab where I did the full screen, this tab will be stuck to landscape modeDeveloper response
posted 5 years agoThanks for this information! I will check this out and try to fix it.
Updated: This issue appears only in firefox. I also tested it in chrome and firefox preview and there aren't any problems with rotations.
It's been a while I reported to ff support, but didn't get an answer. Hope they fix it in the future. - Rated 5 out of 5by qwerty4030, 5 years agoWas working great until about a week ago! Currently it always does the default YouTube UI and double tap not working. Using Google pixel 1 on Android 10. Thanks!

Just added it to chrome store.
Mobile chrome doesn't support extensions and it also has double tap scrolling by default, so I got rid of mobile support in the chrome version.
The link is here:

I also found a similar extension already in store:

It works for both mobile and desktop versions of YouTube but why does it change the appearance of the player for mobile version? Desktop version wasn't changed though.

posted 5 years agoIn mobile Firefox, youtube uses the default HTML5 player interface. In fullscreen mode, the video will overlap with any custom control buttons (including my areas for rewind/fast forward) so you would not be able to click them. To fix it, I had to write my own player interface similar to the desktop version but more simple. - Rated 5 out of 5by deepT, 5 years agoAwesome, it works for me. If only when I tap fullscreen, it would automatically switch the video direction to fill the full screen, it would be better. Thanks!

I just released v2.3 to support this feature. You can activate "Use only landscape mode in fullscreen (mobile only)" in Options. - Rated 4 out of 5by Serban Radu, 6 years ago4 stars for moment, because doesn't support (hopefullyyyet) full screen!
Hi, Ivan! When you estimate the support for full screen?Developer response
posted 6 years agoHi Serban, thank you for review! I hope to add fullscreen support in 2-3 weeks
