YouTube Giveaway — comment winner picker by Oleg_Che

Run giveaways for your viewers right on the video page. The interface is in Russian.

How it works:
1. Open a YouTube video and click the «🎁 Розыгрыш» (Giveaway) button in the bottom-right corner.
2. Click «Загрузить комментарии» (Load comments) — the extension collects every comment on the video.
3. Click «Выбрать победителя» (Pick a winner) — a roulette spins and the winner appears in a separate window with fireworks.

Features:
• Loads all comments, including Shorts and stream recordings
• 1 to 100 winners per giveaway, with a final list and a "copy all" button
• Never pick the same winner twice (winners are remembered per video)
• Ignore replies to comments
• One chance per person, even with several comments
• Exclude the channel owner
• Keyword filter, for example "участвую"
• Roulette sound, fanfare and fireworks (sound can be turned off)
• "Open comment" jumps straight to the winning comment

Fairness: the winner is chosen with the browser's cryptographic random number generator; every participant has an equal chance.

Privacy: the extension does not collect or send any data. Comments are loaded directly from YouTube, and the winners list stays in your browser.
