YouTube「Mouse Hover ＆ Next/Prev」Prefetch by kaimonojyoz

This extension performs the following actions only within YouTube pages:
　
　1. When hovering over a video link, it prefetches that video page.
　2. During playlist playback, it automatically prefetches the videos before and after the current video.

This aims to reduce loading delays when clicking a YouTube video to navigate and when moving to the previous or next video in a YouTube playlist, with the goal of starting video playback as quickly as possible.

Normally, setting network.prefetch-next to true in about:config enables prefetching according to the site's specifications and Firefox's internal logic.
However, in that case, prefetching works on all sites, which may cause unnecessary access and potentially increase security risks.

In addition,
　3. It obtains the playlist list in advance.
This helps to avoid delays as much as possible when using "Save to playlist."

※This extension targets the desktop version of YouTube only and does not affect other websites.

この拡張機能は、YouTubeページ内のみで以下の動作を行います：
　①動画リンクにマウスオーバーすると、その動画ページを先読み
　②プレイリスト再生中は、現在の動画の前後の動画を自動プリフェッチ

これにより、
　・YouTube動画をクリックして遷移する場合
　・YouTubeのプレイリストで前後の動画に移動する場合
の読み込み遅延を軽減し、可能な限り速やかな動画再生開始を目指します。

通常は about:config にてnetwork.prefetch-next：trueと設定すれば、サイト側の指定やFirefoxの内部ロジックに従って先読み(プリフェッチ)が有効になります。
ただしその場合は全サイトで先読みが働き、不要なアクセスが発生しセキュリティ上のリスクが増える可能性があります。

また、
　③プレイリスト一覧を事前取得する
これにより、「プレイリストに保存」も可能な限り遅延回避します。
