- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 15338396, a year agoI really love this add-on, it's awesome! However... I've had this issue where, when there was a yt vid embedded in a external website, it would sort of "flicker" (the video appears and disappears, without progressing, making it unwatchable). For YEARS I've struggled with this, cleaning cookies, etc, because sometimes it would happen and sometimes not. I would always, ultimately, just watch the video on youtube's website to bypass the problem. Well, with a website I want to use, that won't do for me anymore, so I sat down with the intent to get to the bottom of this. After a lot of troubleshooting, I finally discovered that it was this add-on that was the problem: specifically, the "Disable annotations" option. What a shame, the add-on is a 5/5 otherwise. Hopefully this gets fixed, or if there is no fix, at least a warning that this particular option might cause issues. As for now, I'll simply go ahead and disable that toggle. If you've had this issue too, this is the fix!

Issue with embedded videos when "Disable Annotations" is enabled, when clicking play the embedded video will continuously refresh. - Rated 4 out of 5by David Dieni, a year ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 12587012, 2 years agoWhen using this add on on some sites that have embedded videos the video keeps reloading the first 2 a 3 seconds and never starts playing unless i open them on youtube or disable Unhook.

- Rated 4 out of 5by ShibePatrol, 3 years agoVery good addon and very lightweight. The only thing I wish it had is the ability to block the "Thanks" button with the dollar sign. That is super distracting. Otherwise, I really love this addon.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Piotr, 3 years agoWow, imo your extension is impressive, I did basic version of your extension by myself, but I see your is definitely better. Some minutes ago, while searching for extensions for youtube, I thought, would be nice to add more filters when your search for the video, f.e.: more duration and upload date possibilities, but I actually dunno how to solve it with yt database, it may be complicated. Despite this fact I wish you well. Bye.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Jojken, 3 years agoI like it a lot! The only reason I didn´t give 5 stars is that now when I know what it is capable of I know it can do even more! I want to be able to remove Shorts from my subscriptions for instance and I guess I want to be able to remove shorts from wherever they may appear :-)

- Rated 4 out of 5by CodeRogue, 3 years agoIt's pretty useful, but there is a bug where when you turn off the extension by pressing the OFF button, it can then never be turned back on until you reinstall it, so make sure to never use that button and only disable the extension through Firefox extension settings when you want to pause it.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 17412706, 3 years agoIt's causing grey boxes on the recommend page at the moment.
Great plugin otherwise, one of my staples nowdays.
