- Rated 1 out of 5by SpringCatalogue, 3 years agoSat sept 11 2021. Sadly this addon doesn't make much sense. The stop button stops the video from playing back entirely. It doesn't just stop the buffering process, but the entire video. What's funny is it doesn't have a toggle feature for it to stop autoplay upon visiting the tab; videos don't get played automatically anyway when loaded in the background.
And when you do press it, there is no resume feature from the point you were last watching.
Sry James, I don't see the point of it.
His other addon "YouTube no Buffer (no autoplay)" has the stop autoplay feature, but has no toolbar button for easy access. You have to go into Tools> Addons to enable/disable it. 😆😅 - Rated 5 out of 5by Qwer, 5 years ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Ayedun jossy, 6 years agoI'll like to get this addon but firefox tells me it cannot be installed because it apears to be corrupt. I've even disabled xpinstall.signatures.required . I use Samsung P601 2014 Edition with Android 5.1.1 .

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12684860, 8 years agoI use it to stop a livestream i watch everyday. Instead of wasting bandwidth by just pausing, I can just stop it and resume. The alternative was closing the browsing window and using several more clicks to get back, or wasting bandwidth.
Works great so far on stable.
