- Rated 4 out of 5by mikamves, 2 years agoVery useful, but it doesn't remember center position since couple days, even proper setting is on.
It's the same after reinstalling. Maybe some other addon cause some problems . Subs are always few cm on the left from center. I always must set up it on center after load new movie o refresh the same, cause "Remember the last position" doesn't work either.
It's not your addon. It's YouTube fall. I've just tested on Firefox without your addon and Opera, and on both the subtitles are moved to left side of movie. It's very annoying.
Another test, another conclusion. These bugs only concerns subtitles created by producers. Subtitles automatically generated are sided on the left, never center.

I saw your video, and when it starts subtitles aren't place in center, and you show few positions except lowest center, which doesn't work for me, but it's only I really need. I tested it on 89 ,103 and 104 version of Firefox and also reinstalling. "Remember last position" doesn't work either.
I've tried 2.30 versions and it works now, but in a meantime I found another solution deliver by another add-on. Anyway thanks for help.Developer response

I'm sorry, I don't know why you have a problem. I have tried the video link you sent. it's no problem You can check what I tested from this link.

I think the problem is that it doesn't remember the last position, maybe because your browser is not using the latest version or some other addon has an effect.
Try uninstalling the addon and close the browser first, then relaunch and install the addon.
Or try installing the addon in Firefox Nightly or Firefox Developer Edition.

I have checked It still works properly.
Please try reinstalling and activating "Remember the last position" again in add-on preferences. - Rated 5 out of 5by Problematist, 3 years agoBest extension I have installed. I can finally read youtube subtitles.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Tenebraene, 4 years agoIt works, sometimes it doesn't appear but you just have to refresh the page.
Request: Could you make it so that the position stays the same for every video? It always resets when I move on to the next video.
Things like adjusting the size of the subtitles and being able to drag it around would also be really good.Developer response
posted 4 years agoadded. try to update to version 2.0.0
- You can drag/move the caption along the y-axis
- Remember the last position can be enabled in the add-on Preferences
> Youtube already has an option to resize subtitles ( settings > subtitles/cc > options > font size )
sorry for my late reply
