I've deleted the add-on and re-installed it, but the problem is still here. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12805823, 5 years agomuy util para descargar videos y audios de youtube exelente

- Rated 2 out of 5by ANARCHIST-X, 5 years agoUPDATE! Now it still has errors everytime I try & merge audio/video, & when it succeeds, the file is only 22 seconds long! WTF is the point in THAT?! SMDH! Fix this shit already, please, would you?
It won't combine both the video & audio for vids DL'd via YT, & I have the latest FFMpeg installed too! & it is all config'd properly but yet will NOT combine both when DL'ing, & when I try & combine them afterwards in Media Muxer & Converter, it gives an error msg everytime I try & add the audio file to the video combiner. This addon USED to work just fine, flawlessly, even. Now it won't do what it's intended to do! & I recently formatted my SSD, & reinstalled EVERYTHING, so, very doubtful of any corruption. & I have a very good Internet Security suite installed & config'd properly too. So, WTF is the problem? - Rated 5 out of 5by noodles, 5 years ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by malau, 5 years agoUsed to work fine. Now it fails and says "are you sure the native client is installed ?" Duh, yeah !
The native client passes the connection test. All the paths are correct. And like I said, it used to work (yesterday). I even tried removing it and re-adding it. No dice. Maybe Youtube changed something ?
Looking at the browser console, it says:-
null ExtensionCommon.jsm:740
Unchecked lastError value: Error: An unexpected error occurred ffmpeg.js:14 - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 10369154, 5 years agoThis works. No need to look elsewhere, fellow collectors. I'm not a shill, it's legit. I'm talking about YouTube Video and Audio Downloader (WebEx). I added that because I see a lot of reviews that say "good add-on" and could be reviewing anything.
- Rated 1 out of 5by ShirleySirius, 5 years agoTwo other add-ons and an application to install just to download a video or convert one? Streamline it or warn people. Do better. Uninstalled.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 15329613, 5 years agoFor some reason when downloading Opus audio only, it's still left as a .webm file, and I have to rename it as .opus. Also, for some reason, dBpoweramp shows less stats on this kind of file when hovering mouse on it, like it doesn't calculate the bitrate like it does for other audio files. However, the hover info works for older files downloaded with this extension when it worked. Newest "good" file for me is from 2020.05.02 (may).
So, there may be something weird about the container. However, the files definitely do contain an opus stream only, and they play fine on MPC-HC and on Musicolet on android.
I don't know if this a ffmpeg issue, I tried downloading using different ones. Or is it even needed for this? For the native client, it says "Install native client (1/2)" and in the test shows 0.9.1 on green background. Not sure what the problem is.
I don't quite understand some of the download option checkboxes, but changing them didn't resolve the issue of opus audio being .webm. - Rated 4 out of 5by october2, 5 years agoThanks! its great!!! but subtitle download is insufficiently!
