Zenfox — Solarized Dynamic Light/Dark Theme by Naved
ZenFox collects no user data; it simply stores user-chosen settings in the user own browser storage. Those settings stay on the user's device, and never leave it.
The add-on also generates logs, indicating it's process of running and internal statuses. However, once again, nothing leaves the users device, and only the user can manually view those logs (and maybe use it to report a bug).
This is a theme, and it does not report to any website that this add-on is installed. Only if the user chooses to use the weather method, they create an account with OpenWeatherMaps and agree to their terms.
When the weather method is in use, ZenFox makes API requests to OpenWeatherMaps, which includes the (user-submitted) latitude and longitude over HTTP — but that's not a security concern because an IP address makes clear the user's location anyway
