About this extension
Zen Screen helps you stay in a quiet, focused state while you browse. Turn it on and common distractions such as sidebars, share bars, comments, overlays, and sticky widgets fade away so pages feel calmer. You choose how strong the clean up should be. A simple strength control moves from a light touch to a more assertive reading view that also hides headers and banners. When you want even less stimulation, add a soft screen dim to lower visual intensity. If reading comfort is your priority, enable the text option to increase line height and slightly enlarge body text for easier scanning. For pages that need special treatment, you can add your own CSS selectors and Zen Screen will hide those elements as well. The extension works per site or globally and remembers your preferences. Everything runs locally in your browser with no accounts and no data sent anywhere.
