A year ago or so it was perfectly fine, now its a PURE GARBAGE 90% time of the day it feels like somebody is taking all the bandwidth and I get only the rest 0,01% and now problem is not with my ISP or connection I have 100 mb/s with ease without proxy

posted 6 years agoHello, thank you for your feedback. When rerouting through the VPN, the connection needs to travel through different networks and depending on the way it takes it can happen that you sometimes experience slower speed.
It can be that even though you have a fast connection and you're connecting to a high-speed ZenMate server, the connection is slowed down somewhere between. This is also why, most of the time, servers closer to your real l location, where there is a shorted physical distance for the network to travel, give you better connection speed than servers far away.
However, it can also be that there is an issue. If you continuously experience slow connection, and you are using a server close to your real location, please first try the workaround in this article: https://zenguard.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201259161-
