Privacy policy for Zerilo — Site Reset
Zerilo — Site Reset by camilo mera
Zerilo for Firefox — Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026. Developer: Estiven Meneses.
Zerilo processes the current tab URL, open tabs, browsing history, bookmarks and download records locally to preview and clear the selected website’s domain and identified subdomains. Nothing is transmitted to the developer or external servers. No accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, sale or sharing of data, or remote code. Only language and theme preferences are stored locally.
Permissions: tabs identifies the current website and closes matching tabs; history finds and removes matching URLs; bookmarks finds and removes matching bookmarks; downloads erases download records, leaving files on disk; browsingData removes cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB and service worker registrations for identified hosts. Firefox retains HTTP cache, Cache Storage and site file systems. Opening Zerilo does not delete data: you review the domain and start cleanup explicitly. Cleanup is irreversible; results show errors and partial failures.
Zerilo cannot guarantee zero traces. Unknown hosts, downloaded files, saved passwords, site permissions, server data and sessions on unrelated domains remain. Returning to a site may create new data. Uninstalling removes extension preferences. No data leaves the local browser.
