This extension is designed to import tender information and bill-of-quantity items from https://tenders.etimad.sa/ into a pricing system configured by the user.

Testing steps:

Open a tender details page on tenders.etimad.sa.
Open the extension popup.
Enter the URL of the destination pricing system and save it.
Click the import button.
The extension scans all bill-of-quantity pages, collects the tender information and items, and sends them to the user-configured system.

Website content is transmitted only after an explicit user action. The extension does not contain analytics, advertising, tracking code, remote scripts, or third-party data collection. The destination URL and latest scan are stored locally in the browser. The submitted package contains the original source files and does not require a build process.
