Minor bug-fix from 0.9.5.
This update fixes the option to hide LMG channels in the sidebar, as the feature had stopped working.

The option to hide LMG channels in the sidebar was updated to remove the new added channels, and remove channels that no longer upload. No new features were added.

The setting to remove banners for the LMG channels on the sidebar were updated. This update does not add any new features, simply fixes the existing feature to hide the channels that were newly added.

Almost everything remains the same. This update has the added option of also removing the banner for the new GameLinked channel on the sidebar.

V0.9.2B Bug Fix Update:
- Fixed issue with the option "Show your level/rank in the profile dropdown" which stopped functioning after the forum update.
- Fixed issue with the configurator menu which would keep jumping around on certain occasions.

What's new:
- Option to show Status Updates section on all pages. This is done by making a request to the main page and pulling the Status Updates section and concatenating it to the sidebar.
- Redesign of the configurator.
- [Minor] Option to manually set the margin on badges to 3px. This was previously done by default.
- New documentation for all features of the customizer.
