- This is amazing!
Most AI blocking add-ons merely hide it from search results, but this one blocks it altogether which is what I've been looking for.
I hate that the forced implementation of AI in search engines is contributing to the depletion of drinking water, pollution of marginalized communities, rapidly rising electricity costs, and spread of misinformation.
None of us consented to this!
Tools like this help us opt out of being complicit.
Forever grateful and will spread the word about its existence! - Was looking for a way to disable this crap by default on brave search till I asked using the "ask ai" button.
The setting for that gets cleared when I close my browser along with a ton of other data and it defaults always on (meaning I had to reset the option every time I closed the browser).
So, I got this and set it on my bar at the top. Now, when I wanna search and ask AI right away I click the icon in the top of my browser, then change the addon settings from "always allow" to "on click" only to revert the change back after I am finished. Plus, if I wanna ask after I search I can just click the ask button and it works even with the addon running.
It does the job I wanted perfectly, that is worth it at least 4 stars, but the fact that its easy to use warranted 5 imo. - 评分 5 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 19476224, 10 个月前
