Minor fix to filtering on mobile version of site

Bug Fix: Power toggle state now properly persists across page reloads.

• You can now automatically hide videos you've already watched! Configure the feature in settings:
• Toggle on/off
• Set the threshold (e.g., hide videos watched 75% or more)

Fixed issues where videos would sometimes reappear or not be filtered correctly, especially when navigating between pages. The extension now properly detects when you're on the subscriptions page and filters more reliably.
