Mobile UI & Styling Enhancements

- Full-Width Top Controls: Search input and primary action buttons take 100% width on phone screens for easier tapping.
- Single-Line Header: Compacted counter text (Showing X of Y) and "Select All" checkbox onto a single row.
- Text Truncation (...): Long usernames and full names truncate cleanly without pushing or breaking layout boundaries.
