Fix the keys for languages where the language code contains a dash, e.g. zh-yue.wikipedia.org.

I was using ISO 3166 country codes to determine which flag to show for wikipedia article languages, but wikipedia uses different codes, based on ISO 639-1 language codes. This version now uses the wikipedia codes. This fixes a problem where the wrong flag was shown for some languages.

This fixes the problem of the addon not working on mobile Wikipedia pages when they don't use a URL containing ".m". The MediaWiki software will stop using such separate URLs for mobile pages: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Requests_for_comment/Mobile_domain_sunsetting/2025_Announcement
