- Bug Fix: Disabling master protection now converts profile storage as one coordinated operation, preventing a failed write from leaving a mixture of encrypted and unencrypted records.

- Added Overwrite existing IDs alongside Update existing IDs and Always add as new. Explicit overwrite and copy choices bypass duplicate-session skipping.

- Full-vault imports now restore valid preferences included in the backup along with the saved session profiles.
- Opening the toolbar vault now closes an already-open injected vault panel so only one complete interface is visible at a time.
- Added a pre-export summary for site count, profile count, estimated size, and encryption status.
- Added a restore preview showing profiles that will be added, updated, or skipped before changes are applied.
- Added optional exact-session duplicate detection for captures and imports.
- Master-password protection now locks the vault with a configurable timer (one hour by default); reusing it for transfer files is a separate option that defaults off.
- Each protected export now has its own Use master password toggle. When selected, the master password remains masked, disabled, and unavailable to reveal or copy; turning it off restores the separate password field and generator.
- The locked screen is more compact so its lock, password field, and Unlock button fit together without unnecessary scrolling.
- Fixed an unlock-time rendering race that could temporarily show duplicate vault controls until the panel was reopened.
- Fixed protected export failures caused by Firefox content-script restrictions while encoding larger encrypted backups.
