Azure DevOps packs a lot into its project sidebar - most of which you never touch. ADO Slim Sidebar replaces it with a clean, minimal navigation that shows only the things you actually use.
What you can do:
- Pick exactly which items appear (Sprints, Pull requests, Files, Pipelines, Environments, Boards, Wiki, and more)
- Drag to reorder them
- Add your own custom links (internal ADO pages or external URLs), optionally opening in a new tab
- Adjust the sidebar width
- Switch back to the full native menu anytime with one click
It works in every project automatically - links always point to the project (and repository) you're currently viewing. Your Pull requests link jumps straight to your own open PRs.
Settings sync across your own devices via your browser. The extension collects no data, has no analytics, and talks to no external servers.
