AI Feed Lens provides a browser extension and web services that help identify AI-generated writing patterns in public LinkedIn posts. We follow a data-minimization approach and only process information necessary to provide the service.


Public LinkedIn Post Content

When AI Feed Lens analyzes a LinkedIn feed, the extension processes visible public post body text required to generate an AI-written or human-written classification. This content is processed for inference and is not permanently indexed against a user's personal identity.

Before post text is sent for analysis, URLs, email addresses, and author identifiers are stripped from the text where applicable.

Account and Authentication Information

If you create an AI Feed Lens account, we process information such as your email address, password in securely hashed form, account tier, and account/session information required to authenticate your account, manage your subscription or entitlement, and provide scan access.

AI Feed Lens does not collect your LinkedIn password, LinkedIn session cookies, or LinkedIn OAuth credentials.

Usage and Service Telemetry

We may process aggregated, non-personally identifiable information such as scan counts and error codes to operate the service, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.


AI Feed Lens does not collect or access:

• LinkedIn passwords
• LinkedIn session cookies
• LinkedIn OAuth tokens
• Private LinkedIn messages or InMails
• Connection requests
• Browsing history on websites unrelated to the active LinkedIn experience
• Keystrokes or form inputs
• Unsubmitted LinkedIn draft text
• Financial card numbers

Information is used to:

• Provide AI-written or human-written classifications
• Operate and authenticate AI Feed Lens accounts
• Manage subscriptions, entitlements, and scan limits
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized API usage
• Maintain service reliability and improve statistical accuracy

We do not use LinkedIn post content for advertising.


Post text submitted for AI classification is processed for inference and is not permanently stored as a user's feed history.

Account credentials and subscription-related metadata are retained for as long as necessary to provide the account and associated services, subject to applicable deletion requirements.


AI Feed Lens does not sell user data.

Post content required for classification may be transmitted to the AI Feed Lens backend and its configured AI processing providers solely to perform the requested classification.

We do not transmit unrelated browsing activity or unrelated website content.


Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your account information.
