AI Reply Writer puts one button in the message box of the apps you already work in. Click it, and it reads the conversation that is on your screen and drafts a reply in your own tone. You edit it, and you send it. Nothing is ever sent for you.

It works where you already write — in your inbox, your team chat, your DMs and the comment box under a post — instead of one more tab to paste into and paste back out of.

1. Open the conversation you want to answer.
2. Click the AI Reply button next to the message box.
3. Pick a tone and a length, or type what you want said. Or just press generate.
4. Read the draft, change anything you like, and send it yourself.

WHY THE DRAFTS ARE WORTH SENDING

It reads the whole thread, not just the last line. It works out what has already been agreed, answered or sent, and writes the next step instead of repeating a settled point.

It replies to the message you picked. Press reply on one message in a busy group and you get a reply to that one — not to the forty other conversations happening in the same room.

It can see what was sent. Photos, screenshots, documents and voice notes are read, so a reply to a picture is about the picture and a reply to a voice note answers what was said in it.

It checks itself before you see it. A separate pass looks for anything risky — a promise you did not make, a price you did not quote, a date that has already passed — and rewrites it.

Grammar is fixed automatically. Every draft is corrected on the way out, so what lands in the box is the version you would have written on a good day.
