Ukrainian air raid alerts on your bookmarks toolbar — no map to open, no oblast
to look for:

HOW IT WORKS

The extension adds one bookmark per region you pick and renames it on a timer.
It changes only the bookmarks it created and never reads or touches your own.
Clicking a bookmark opens the map at alerts.in.ua. Clicking the toolbar icon
refreshes at once, and its badge shows how many of your regions are under
alert.

Can't see the bookmarks? Firefox shows the bookmarks toolbar only on new tabs
by default. Right-click the toolbar area → Bookmarks Toolbar → Always Show.

YELLOW AND RED ALERTS

By default either level reads "ТРИВОГА". Turn off "Merge yellow and red alerts"
and bookmarks say "ЖОВТА" (a threat, e.g. drones heading your way) or
"ЧЕРВОНА". A red alert in any district or community counts for its whole
oblast.

SETTINGS

• Up to 10 regions, each with its own name if you want one ("Луцьк" instead of
  "Волинська область").
• Your own wording for every state: "{name}: 🔴" works too.
• Ukrainian or English, chosen in the extension, not taken from the browser.
• Refresh every 1–60 minutes.
• A preview shows exactly what the bookmarks will say.

PRIVACY

• One request per refresh, however many bookmarks you have, sent without
  cookies or credentials.
• No server, no account, no analytics.
• The only host the extension may contact is the alert feed, and it runs no
  content scripts.
• A CI check fails the build if the code ever reaches for anything else.

DATA

A free, keyless public feed from UA Siren (siren.pp.ua), built on the official
ukrainealarm data. If the feed fails or changes, bookmarks show "Київ — ?"
rather than a stale "тихо".

This is a convenience, not a warning system. Rely on sirens and the official
Air Alert app.
