AMS Auto-Fill is an efficient productivity extension designed for recruitment agencies and deployment personnel to streamline visa application processing.
Instead of manually re-typing candidate information, AMS Auto-Fill allows you to send candidate profile data directly from your AMS web application into browser storage, and automatically populates target visa forms with accuracy and speed.

• Seamless Integration: Transfer candidate data from your AMS dashboard to the extension with a single click.
• 1-Click Auto-Fill: Right-click anywhere on a supported visa application form and select "✦ Fill Form from EMS" or click "Auto-Fill Page" from the extension popup.
• Interactive Popup Dashboard: Easily review stored candidate details, passport number, field status indicators, and last-updated timestamps before filling.
• Multi-Portal Support: Pre-configured field mapping for Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA - visa.mofa.gov.sa), KSA Visa Portal (ksavisa.sa), Wafid Medical Appointment Portal (wafid.com), as well as generic form fields.
• Field Normalization: Intelligent conversion for genders, marital status, nationality codes, dates, and occupations to match government portal standards.

HOW TO USE:
1. Open any candidate profile in your AMS dashboard and click "Send to Extension".
2. Open the target visa application form in Firefox.
3. Right-click the page and select "✦ Fill Form from AMS" to complete the form automatically.
