Added a new experimental search and ranking algorithm. Both show initial promise in testing, but remain experimental for the time being.

Added yet another new exploration method. The new one is select-able on the settings as "Topological query A*" produces even better search results. But, it is by far the heaviest method, so it's not enabled by default.

A new method of choosing searches significantly improves search quality on repeated searches at the cost of being slower (the old method is still accessible in settings).

Various bug fixes.

Search:
- Updated the way negative seeds are used to increase their effectiveness in search.
- Added a harder filter option for work attributes in the settings. Can be configured in filter strength from non-existent to complete removal.
- Can now hide works from appearing in results without affecting the rankings themselves (if you've already read it or something).
- User configurable search parameters available in settings including negative seed strength.

UI:
- Switched seeds in the popup to chip style buttons.
- Added toggle for changing extension theme from system default

Various Bug fixes.
