Armour Beige Classic is a muted retro-fantasy Firefox theme inspired by the clean interface colours of late-1990s desktop environments. It combines light Win98-style grey chrome with warm beige backgrounds and a desaturated armour-green accent for highlights, creating a calm, readable interface without modern bright blues.

The palette pairs particularly well with classic Linux desktop setups, especially XFCE with themes like Chicago95, Greybird, IndigoMagic or other neutral GTK styles. The goal is a nostalgic browsing experience that feels grounded, minimal, and slightly reminiscent of old desktop systems and fantasy artwork.

I originally made this theme to suit my desktop wallpaper found in this Reddit post.
